On Sunday, May 1, women and girls of all ages donned their fanciest hats to enjoy refreshments at the home of Mary Rodriguez.  The Tea Party fund raising event was held to enlist support  for WC4C and our scholarship program.  Funds raised will allow parents to be gainfully employed and/or to obtain the education and training necessary to secure and maintain employment with the goal of developing self-sufficient families.
